Today’s reading had a lot in it—rest years, debt forgiveness, land going back to families. Honestly, it’s kind of wild to imagine a whole culture hitting reset like that. But it reminded me how much God values restoration and fairness, even in the really practical stuff.
And then Psalm 58 was intense. One of those “God, do something about all this evil!” kind of moments. And honestly, I’ve felt that too. There’s so much brokenness in the world right now. But the good news? God will make things right. And we get to live with that hope, even when things feel heavy.
